page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable

encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card
number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the

REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final. All of our products are tested and guaranteed working upon delivery.
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery whenever possible. Damage upon unpacking needs to be reported immediately.
We offer a 30 day warranty on almost every product we offer(excluding batteries). Please call Jan Wood at 816.361.1936 x110, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of the ship date. If the faulty returned item is the same like item, with a serial number(all of the items we sell are either serial numbered, or discretely marked by us prior to shipment)that came from our facility, we will first send a replacement product if we have one in stock, and if not, a company credit in the amount of the purchase.
